The role

 

As an SAP Production Planning Experienced Consultant/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA solutions for our manufacturing clients. This role focuses on leveraging your expertise in SAP PP and PPDS to design, configure, and implement end-to-end production planning processes. You'll collaborate closely with diverse teams, guide clients through the full lifecycle of SAP projects, and support critical activities such as solution design, testing, and data conversion.

We’re looking for professionals with 6–8 years of SAP PP/PPDS experience, including at least three full lifecycle projects. Exposure to SAP MM, QM, and logistics modules is a plus. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for mentoring others, and a knack for delivering client-centric solutions.

Location: National – Preferably near one of our offices.
Travel: 80% U.S.-based travel, Monday–Thursday.

What you’ll bring

 

Expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and PPDS with 6–8 years of experience, including configuration and implementation in SAP S/4HANA (version 1610 or higher). A proven track record of completing at least three full lifecycle SAP projects, focusing on manufacturing business process design and execution. Cross-functional exposure to SAP MM, QM, and logistics modules, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience guiding clients through key project activities, including solution design, system configuration, testing, and cutover planning. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, present ideas clearly, and write effective functional specifications. A collaborative mindset, excelling in small, diverse teams and fostering inclusivity and innovation. Strong consulting skills, including initiative, complex solution analysis, and customer-focused service delivery. Experience with SAP Fiori UX for executing business processes within the PP/MM landscape. A commitment to flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with a Monday–Thursday travel schedule. A bachelor’s degree and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
