What do you contribute?

Your path will lead you to our Procurement Functional Excellence Team. We are active drivers of digitalization, sustainability and transformation in our global organization and shape the procurement processes of Siemens Mobility GmbH.

In your new role, you will take responsibility for strategic projects and thus play a decisive role in the successful digitalization of our global procurement processes. You will ensure the harmonization, optimization and digitalization of strategic purchasing processes as part of the global transformation project “Sherpa X” with a focus on SAP S/4. You will also implement complex use cases for strategic purchasing and integrate upstream or downstream processes such as PLM or operational purchasing. You act as a central interface between Purchasing, IT and interdisciplinary teams to successfully implement digitization projects in SAP in close coordination with the Siemens ecosystem. You will also identify optimization potential in SAP and promote the further development of the purchasing organization through targeted knowledge transfer. You will optimize the quality of purchasing data through the use of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence.  

What do you bring along?

The basis for your success is a degree (Master's) in business administration, business informatics or computer science. You also have many years of professional experience in agile project management of IT or software projects. You will also have expert knowledge of SAP MM or SAP Sourcing and Procurement, ideally in the project business. You have initial technical management experience and international work experience. You have an agile mindset, analytical thinking and a strong ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner. Excellent English and good German skills round off your profile.
