Work you’ll do

At Deloitte, you’ll work with the best in the business to solve their toughest problems. As a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including:  

Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Analyze and improve business processes through SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.  Delivery: Oversee SAP projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead client engagement workstreams with focus on Finance / product costing process design, optimization, and transformation using S/4 HANA. Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.   Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor. Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor

Qualifications

Required:

At least 8 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry At least 4 years of experience working in the Semiconductor industry or with Semiconductor clients Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Finance/Controlling modules in these areas: system settings for controlling, cost center accounting, product costing, cost object controlling, creating & maintaining cost estimates for materials, activities & processes, product cost and variance analysis, material ledger and actual costing Participation in all phases of at least 4 end to end full life cycle implementation with a focus on SAP Controlling modules Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations  Strong understanding of S/4 HANA integration with Procurement, Order to cash, Manufacturing and Finance S4 HANA implementation experience  Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve  Bachelor's degree or equivalent 

Desired: 

Experience lead discussions with Clients, SAP, SAP Partners, Developers, and Architects  Experience in Repetitive / Process / Discrete manufacturing processes in any industry Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies  Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs  ' SAP certification in relevant modules Signavio experience   Greenfield implementation experience   Master’s degree

Wages + Salary 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
