SAP Project Manager Location: Jacksonville, FL Job ID: #70478 Pay Range: $45-55 US Citizens - W2 hourly candidates only - No C2C candidates Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Lead Time Scheduling (LTS) within our SAP environment. This critical role will focus on driving operational excellence and optimizing supply chain performance through effective planning and scheduling strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Materials Management, Capacity Planning, and Change Management, coupled with strong project leadership and analytical capabilities. Responsibilities include: + Lead Time Scheduling (LTS) Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of LTS in SAP, ensuring seamless integration across all relevant business functions. + BOM and Routing Expertise: Develop and maintain accurate BOMs and routings, aligning with production processes to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency. + Materials Management: Oversee material flow optimization to improve availability and minimize downtime, ensuring alignment with production schedules. + Capacity Planning: Analyze and optimize capacity planning processes to meet production goals. + Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of LTS practices across all departments, including training and communication plans. + Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of LTS projects. + Project Timelines & Milestones: Establish and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking key milestones and ensuring alignment with business objectives and production schedules. + Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance existing scheduling and planning processes. + Data Analysis: Leverage data insights to identify bottlenecks, forecast requirements, and develop proactive solutions. + Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Materials, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure alignment and success in LTS implementation. + SAP experience preferred.
