Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology experts to drive successful project execution while aligning SAP capabilities with business goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle of SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or rollouts from initiation to closure. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with strategic goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment and integration across modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM). Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications, both internal and external. Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders, leadership, and key decision-makers. Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices in SAP project delivery. Support user training programs, change management initiatives, and post-go-live stabilization efforts. Stay updated on SAP’s emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies to bring value-added solutions to the business. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on SAP implementation and deployment projects. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM) and their integration points. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid. Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills. Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Advanced skills in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar software). Preferred Qualifications SAP Certification or PMP/PRINCE2 Certification. Experience in leading global or enterprise-wide SAP transformation projects. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation. Strong knowledge of change management principles and best practices. Familiarity with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Finance).
