You will get to work with our team to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, sustainment, and enhancement of the Collins Aerospace SAP ECC Quality Management (QM) module.
** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **
What YOU will do:
You will understand complex requirements and formulate solutions in SAP QM to support business needs.
You will perform SAP configuration (customizing) work as needed to support new and existing functionality.
You will prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers to develop and test new functionality and enhancements.
You will perform unit testing and assist customer with user acceptance testing.
You will implement global SAP QM processes and migrate data from existing systems for new business units.
You will organize and track the progress of SAP implementations and application changes by applying project management techniques; Identify issues that will delay on-time solution delivery and assists in resolving them.
You will be working with confidential information and must follow policies relating to confidential information handling.

You will learn how to update design, configuration, specification, and training documentation.
You will foster relationships with your Digital Technology peers and all over the world that work and WANT to work at Collins.
You will ensure data conversions and provides data validation assistance to customer.
Qualifications you must have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
Experience with SAP Quality Management Module implementations.
Must be okay with 15% travel.

Capability to analyze business processes, functional and technical requirements.
Work independently with high initiative.
Possess strong problem solving and analysis skills.
Strong understanding of high-level business processes
Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
Experience working in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
Knowledge of quality specific processes such as First Article Inspection, Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions, and Audit management.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
