CGI is looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Reporting Lead to join our team in support of a large-scale ERP financial management modernization program at a Cabinet-level federal agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, Business Intelligence solutions in BTP (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere), S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, and CFO Control Tower, along with leadership and management experience. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on business intelligence implementation activities for the program's enterprise-wide reporting solution. The Reporting Lead will oversee a team of business intelligence and reporting professionals responsible for the design, development, and deployment of the program's reporting solution.

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise-wide business intelligence and reporting strategy and provide oversight for the implementation of the reporting platform.
• Work with Business/End Users to review, refine, and translate business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard requirements into accurate, performant, and easy to digest reporting outputs.
• Design, develop and implement reports and dashboards against large volumes of data using technologies such as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, Business Intelligence solutions in BTP (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere), BW/4HANA, and CFO Control Tower.
• Create high and low-level data product designs based on the business and technology requirements.
• Conduct thorough unit and performance testing for the developed business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Work directly with functional SMEs to conduct client demonstrations of business intelligence reports and dashboards based on the defined set of requirements.
• Configure and implement reporting platform and troubleshoot environment related issues.
• Present and set expectations with the client on scope of the implementation.
• Provide oversight of the reports development team to ensure business intelligence reports and dashboards meet clients' requirements and are delivered based on defined delivery schedule.
• Provide additional support and guidance during the implementation phase to include development of training materials and other supporting documentation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Business, or other related technical discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) is a plus.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in business intelligence and reporting development with a focus on SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP solutions and at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Proficiency in technologies such as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, Business Intelligence solutions in BTP (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere), BW/4HANA, and CFO Control Tower, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, design, development, and deployment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex reporting issues and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in report output and documentation.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities/ Agile methodologies.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• SAP Certified Technology Associate certification or related SAP certification.
• Experience working on an Agile team.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $190,900.00.
