Requirement 1:

Location: Chicago, IL.

Duration: 6+months

SAP SD

·         8+ years’ experience in SAP SD.

·         Experience in SAP SD support as a Business Analyst.

·          Has exposure to Sales Forecasting and Planning

·         Has good exposure to level 2 support

·         Retail domain knowledge and expertise

·         Experience in specific modules include:

1.     Order Management

2.     Pricing & Rebates

3.     Billing & Invoicing

4.     Integrated flows MM & FICO

·         Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

·         Create support documents including SOPs and application understanding documents.

 

Requirement 2:

Location: Chicago, IL.

Duration: 6+months

SAP CRM

 

·         10+ years’ experience in SAP CRM and SD.

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Has exposure to CAS-SFA

·          Has good exposure to level 2 support

·         Retail domain knowledge and expertise

·         SAP ECC SD experience strongly preferred, with experience in CRM-ECC integration.

·         SAP CRM Middleware configuration and maintenance experience strongly preferred.

·         Experience with mobile solutions strongly preferred.

·         Create support documents including SOPs and application understanding documents

 

Requirement 3:

Location: Chicago, IL.

Duration: 6+months

SAP MM

·         10+ years’ experience in SAP MM and WM.

·         Excellent communication.

·         Has a thorough understanding of integration points between QM/PP/MM/Purchasing and the other related modules like FI/CO

 

Common for all three requirements:

Travel:

·         The travel is within the Chicago land area, or max within IL.

·         Attend business transition meetings with functional leads

·         Knowledge transfer and coordination activities.

·         Visit to client’s distribution centers to understand the function operations.
