GENERAL SUMMARY:
As part of the Global Manufacturing Systems, Technology and Quality strategy group, you will be responsible for leading SAP S/4 system projects deployment and support for the various manufacturing sites and shipyards of BRP. This must be achieved by linking your business and functional unit to other business streams.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication: Ensure governance in order to provide regular updates on project status, defect resolution, achieve deadlines, costs and the established mandate, etc... Maintain clear and effective communication with internal & external teams, stakeholders and senior management.\nBudget Management: Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to senior management. Define Business case to justify projects when required.\nRisk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery, supply chain operations, and cost-effectiveness.
Support to operations: Support operations for everything related to SAP S/4 and it’s ecosystems and execute problem solving & root cause analysis on processes, systems and tools with the users and other stakeholders when required.\nCompliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:\nHold a bachelor's degree in engineering or any other discipline applicable to the position (management, IT, etc.).\nHave solid experience in systems projects using various project delivery methods (waterfall, agile, etc.)\nMastery of the following IT platforms is an asset: “ERP” (SAP S/4 Hana, SAP ECC); “TMS” (SAP Transportation Management); “EWM” Enterprise Warehouse\nManagement; “MES” Manufacturing Execution System.\nHave inspiring and motivating leadership with good prioritization skills.\nHave excellent oral and written communication skills in English. (French & spanish is an additional asset) (While having a good capacity for synthesis for complex subjects)\nPromote team spirit and collaboration in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.\nPossess the ability to solve problems, analyze and process information.\nHave a go-getter, excellent influence and persuasion skills and the ability to bring about change with a long-term vision\nHave a minimum of five (5) years of experience in relevant fields while having a good knowledge of business processes.\nHave a high tolerance for stress.\nAvailability to travel occasionally.
