The ideal candidate will be client and business focused with strong SAP expertise, able to document existing business processes and communicate business requirements to technical resources. Required Skills: + Strong SAP experience required, with S4 HANA expertise highly preferred + Experience developing and documenting business flows + Project management or coordination experience in technical implementations + Power BI / SQL Experience + Programming background + Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct meetings and produce meeting minutes + Data Management – Transferring Data + 5 to 7 Years hands on experience Key Responsibilities: + Lead technical projects and/or provide technical business analysis support + Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports + Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems + Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets + Work with management to prioritize business and information needs + Locate and define new process improvement opportunities + Manage SAP/S4 HANA related projects and processes Qualifications: + Proven working experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or Project Coordinator + Strong SAP knowledge required, S4 HANA experience strongly preferred + Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience is highly desired + Proven ability to produce business process flow diagrams + Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy + Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings + BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
