Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a SAP SD Application Analyst. Responsibilities: * Create and document defined solutions to business requirements into IT specifications * Complete configuration of designed SAP SD solutions * Provide understanding of SAP ERP SD functionality and integration * Communicate business process knowledge within Sales and Distribution * Proactively progress project or support requests according to SLA to include configuration of solution in SAP SD module * Focus areas include: Sales, Delivery, Billing, Billing Plan, Rebates, Pricing, Credit Management, Shipping and Transportation, and Logistics Execution * Liase as the main contact for the functional business units and their process owners for relevant topics such as application support, change requests, enhancement and new process requirements * Understand complex business processes and serve as subject matter experts * Work proactively on continuous improvement processes for ERP system usage and functions * Lead and assist projects of various sizes, containing internal as well as external team members * Work with and guide external consultants in support cases and projects while ensuring best cost value for Ardagh Group * Align with other IT applications to integrate business and process functions into the ERP systems, providing interoperability between multiple IT systems * Create and execute test scenarios to ensure quality of deliverables * Coordinate cross team integration activities * Monitor and control outsourced application support services in cooperation with the ERP AMS team
