Job Description Insight Global is seeking an SAP-SD Business Analyst to join our client's team in Kansas City, MO. Key duties for this position include: Analyze business requirements and collaborate with users on the development, configuration, and implementation of SAP applications, including customization to meet business needs (mainly in SAP SD). Assist with the ongoing rollout and enhancement of SAP-SD. Develop cross-functional knowledge in other SAP modules (MM, CS, PP, FI, C4C, APO, EWM). Collaborate with international colleagues and external service providers to deliver dependable, secure, and integrated solutions. Work with business users and corporate IT on integrating non-SAP applications with the ERP system. Understand business processes and system architecture. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Identify opportunities for system improvements and operational efficiencies. Regularly liaise with users to provide system support, user training, documentation, and promote IT services. Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Serve as a key member of a global SAP team, providing support and consultancy services worldwide, and participate in global SAP rollouts and other projects. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related field and 3 years of SAP experience with demonstrable techno-functional knowledge in SAP-SD (including a good understanding of the business process and system landscape). Configuration / customizing experience required. Experience with SAP MM, CS, PP, FI EWM, APO, the SAP C/4 Suite, S/4 HANA and ABAP a plus. Ability to manage small-to-medium-sized projects independently.
