SAP Domain Manager - Sales & Service

Your role and responsibilities

Driving E2E delivery from gathering user requirements to delivering robust quality solutions and services to meet business needs and coordinate deliverables and dependencies with other groups technical and functional to accomplish project or CR milestonesTranslating Business requirements into blueprints and GAPs into functional specification documents for internal and external delivery teamsUnderstanding the related business processes in detail and applying this knowledge to shape future IS solution or servicesCollaborating with project managers, change and release management, configuration management, test management, and the service delivery organization to deliver SD solutionsEnsuring that business users are adequately trained in new functionality that she or he develops and closely managing progress, cost, performance, and quality deliverables with proactively actions if deviationsDelivery of migration and roll-In projects and service delivery activities and ensuring solutions and services are fully compliant with security, controls and standards

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s or Master degree is mandateMinimum 8+ years of consulting experience in SAP Sales and DistributionSAP certification is desirable.Excellent configuration expertise in SAP in Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Logistics Execution, Billing & Invoicingand integrated flows with MM & FICO and hands-on in SAP.Rich experience in O2C processes (MTO, MTS, Trading, Service etc..) with cross functional skillsKnowledge of sales order costing - MTO scenario and Experience in data migration and cutover activities.Sound knowledge in inter-modular integration and experience in interfacing with other ERP and non-ERP systems (e.g. IDOCs, RFCs, middleware) from design to implementationHandling Cultural aspects of supported countries spread across AMEA regions of ABB.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC knowledge and fluent spoken and written English
