This role will primarily oversee SAP roles and access within the ERP environment, ensuring that security measures comply with governance and compliance requirements. The SAP Security Analyst will work closely with IT and business teams to manage roles, design security architectures, and handle audits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP security experience, with a focus on compliance, role management, and audit processes, including experience with RISE implementations and IDAM. Responsibilities Oversee and manage SAP roles and access in the ERP environment. Ensure proper setup of roles with compliance parameters in place to meet governance standards. Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish role-based access for onboarding processes. Define, design, and architect SAP security roles, modifying permissions as business processes evolve. Serve as the point person for SAP security audits and act as the primary contact for internal audit teams. Manage and maintain SAP compliance, ensuring access roles align with corporate risk control frameworks (GRC). Assist in setting up a role-based approach to user access, working closely with finance and other departments. Provide leadership in security initiatives and potential to grow into a lead capacity for SAP security. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree At least 8 years of Information Security experience 1 year lead experience OR Master's degree At least 6 years of Information Security experience 1 year lead experience OR At least 10 years of Information Security experience 1 year lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Direct, hands-on experience with SAP security. Experience with SAP RISE implementation preferred. Strong knowledge of Identity Access Management (IDAM) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks. Familiarity with SAP governance and compliance processes. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience with audits and compliance oversight within SAP environments. Ability to modify and manage permissions as processes change. Experience with audit management and SAP compliance processes. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead and mentor other team members as the role grows.
