Overview PepsiCo is on the lookout for an SAP Security and SOX Controls Analyst to join our IT team in Carrigaline on a contract basis. In this role you will work closely with the solutions, controls, and technical teams to support & maintain the overall security solution for PepsiCo’s business needs. This role ensures that application security standards are well integrated into global systems by maintaining security around business processes in collaboration with the solutions team. The successful candidate will implement, monitor and maintain global SAP application security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures that are in alignment with the corporate strategic plan and supports SAP application security in the sustain environment. Responsibilities Controls Responsibilities: SAP Controls Analyst implements, monitors and maintains global SAP application security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures that are in alignment with the corporate strategic plan and supports SAP application and Aligned application controls. Control owner for local and global SOX and NON-SOX SAP controls Executing daily/weekly/monthly controls Testing of controls on a quarterly and annual basis Reporting control status and effectiveness to Process Owner, both local and global Working with business controls, technical and functional IT teams to execute against remediation and improvement plans Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits Monitoring resolution to audit findings Updating and maintaining control documentation Delivering and retaining evidence for future reference Supporting the business controls team with reporting and analysis for weekly/monthly business controls review Collaborating with local, sector and global teams in the identification and documentation of IT risks, processes, and controls Review controls to identify and pursue opportunities for simplification and/or automation of controls SAP Security Role and Responsibilities Designing roles based on the transaction codes ensuring Segregation of Duties and Sarbanes Oxley Act Compliance. Identifying potential SOD issues before assigning new roles to the user. GRC System Alignment with other landscapes, and Modules knowledge in ARA, BRM, EAM ,IDM/GRC Approval process. Creating new user accounts and user groups. Maintaining user master records and Dormancy/Termination of users. Creating roles and assign roles to the users. Creating derived and composite roles with proper approvals. Role maintenances and creating transport request for roles. Using Scripts for Mass user and Mass Role maintenance/creation Communicating with Functional team over issues related to custom transaction code (Y*, Z*) Supported Integration testing and Tracking, monitoring and resolving. Handled User Acceptance testing (UAT) during pre-Go-Live stage and Hypercare testing post Go-Live and Outages support. Qualifications Essential skills Minimum 6 years of related IT business work experience. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. SAP Security professional experience. Knowledge and technical understanding of IT controls which will involve examining, evaluating, and verifying the accuracy of a company's internal controls, processes, and data. SAP SOX control knowledge and experience in highly desirable. Logic and reasoning skills to ensure that you have gathered sufficient information that is needed before taking action. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – these include Creative, diplomacy skills, ability to practice active listening, being collaborative, presentation and technical writing skills also required. Good organizational and coordination skills which will include decision making, attention to detail, prioritisation, planning and scheduling. Keeps up to date with technologies, tools, trends and regulations.
