**Overview**
The **SAP Security and Control Panel Analyst** is primarily responsible for managing user access, implementing security policies, and ensuring compliance within our SAP ECC system. They will also lead the design, build, test and implementation of security solutions that enable the business community to achieve their goals and objectives with proper control, and enable our migration to the S/4 platform.
**Responsibilities**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Manage user access and authorizations in SAP ECC
+ Develop and enforce SAP security policies and procedures
+ Lead the efforts of SAP Security role design, development, and implementation to align SAP Security and overall IT strategy
+ Collaborate with functional analysts, business leaders and support their business processes from SAP Security area
+ Maintain, Support and enhance existing security roles and configurations.
+ Support and conduct SAP IT Audit controls and risk assessments
+ Work closely with internal and external audit teams to support risk management, compliance, license management and audit queries.
+ Lead and Provide guidance to offshore SAP Security resources and manage their daily activities.
+ Monitor Service Now support tickets, coordinate with offshore team in processing in timely manner.
+ Provide guidance on Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and remediation
+ Support SAP system upgrades and patches from a security perspective
+ Prepare security-related documentation and reports for management and auditors
**Qualifications**
**Core Skills & Requirements**
+ 3+ years of experience in SAP ECC security administration, design, and implementation
+ Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including roles, profiles, and authorizations.
+ Design, implement, and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) in SAP
+ Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control
+ Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) including EWM, BI, and Solution Manager
+ Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Willingness to travel up to 20%
The standard compensation for this role is $69,500 - $100,400. Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors.
**Compensation Statement**
The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
