As our SAP Service Process Expert, you are responsible for:
The conception and implementation of new requirements in the service process area (customer service, field service, scheduling processes and the associated IT solutions (focus on CRM, ERP, CTI)). You translate customer requirements into technical specifications for implementation in IT systems. You are responsible for defining the process and designing solutions based on customer requirements, as well as supporting the global sales and service organisations.You will be a part of a cross functional team in an international environment, this will come with occasional business trips (~20%).Interested? QualificationsOur ideal candidate should:
Have a university degree in business administration, process management, informatics or comparable.Have in-depth application knowledge in the area of SAP CRM, SAP CS or S/4HANA Service (customer service and field service or scheduling modules desirable), additional knowledge of the sales and marketing modules an advantageHave extensive experience in the application of project management methods (PEP and agile) as well as SAP roll-out projectsHave experience in translating customer requirements into technical specifications for implementation in IT systemsBe a team player, be flexible and enjoy new challenges.Have very good communication skills, written and verbal.Have a strong customer orientation.Be a proactive problem solver.Have enthusiasm for IT and innovation as well as mobility (willingness to travel internationally)Additional InformationDeadline for Applications: 31 January 2025
