Work You’ll Do

Use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your clientContribute to and help to manage work streams that contribute to the overall project successMaintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateEnjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

The Team

The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience6 + years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations, or strong Application support experienceCertified in SAP SuccessFactorsExperience across multiple of the following HCM modules: Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, and RecruitmentStrong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors systemExperience managing your plate of work, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality deliverables and serviceSuperior communications skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and ExcelExcellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-taskMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
