Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Positional Requirement
● Candidate must have atleast two or more Employee Central End to end implementation or
Support Project experience
● Must have worked on MDF and Foundation objects, Associations, business rules, workflows,
data models, Picklists, Role based permissions, Instance sync,
● Release management, Position Management, Global Assignment, Translations, Reporting,
excellent knowledge of XML
● Must have worked on EC Time Off .
● Able to run the workshops
Preferred Knowledge
● Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities
● Experience in being able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment
while identifying and scoping new opportunities
● Good exposure to employee central process and functionalities
● Experience in country specific requirement gathering and configuration
● Good knowledge of RBP
● Good experience in Business Rules, Intelligent Services
Must have skills
● Must have worked Instance sync, Release management, Position Management, Global
Assignments, Reporting, excellent knowledge of XML, Pre-sales experience of responding to
proposals, giving estimates
● Must provide functional knowledge manage client relationships within context of individual
role
● Must have good knowledge of Fit Gap Analysis, Requirement gathering
● Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Good to have skills
● Should be good in team handling
● Knowledge on Extension Center.
● Exposure to set up standard third party
