Work you’ll do

As a SAP SuccessFactors functional consultant, you will use your deep knowledge and experience with Employee Central to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your clientContribute to the Employee Central implementation and overall project successMaintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateEnjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee CentralStrong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Employee CentralExperience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are metExperience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalationSuperior communications skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and ExcelExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ, Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsLimited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors focused on EmployeeCentral, from planning to configuration through go-live
Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
