SAP Success Factors Process Consultant (f/m/d)

Are you ready to be at the forefront of innovation in HR technology? Endress+Hauser Group is embarking on an exciting journey towards a modern system landscape, with SAP Success Factors leading the way and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as our central platform. With the imminent rollout of the Employee Central (EC) module in July and plans to implement other Success Factors modules such as Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Analytics in the coming years, we are looking for a passionate SAP Success Factors Process Consultant to join our dynamic team.

 

Role + Responsibilities

Module Ownership: Take charge of supporting Employee Central & Onboarding modules, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction. Deputy Responsibilities: Collaborate as a deputy responsible for another module, contributing to its success and efficiency. HR IT Expertise: Serve as the go-to person for process, application, and module-related inquiries within the Endress+Hauser Group, providing invaluable support to international projects. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements and optimizations as part of our dedicated team, ensuring our systems remain cutting-edge and efficient. Support Agent: Oversee the smooth operation of assigned modules, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

 

Qualification + Profile

Configuration Experience: Demonstrated practical expertise in configuring the Employee Central module (and additional modules is a plus). Process Understanding: Possess a comprehensive understanding of HR workflows and data, enabling effective problem-solving and optimization. Coordination Skills: Strong coordination abilities to manage projects, Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs), and external vendors efficiently. Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy working collaboratively within an agile framework, fostering teamwork and innovation. Communication Skills: Excellent English (B2) and German (B1) communication skills, with a willingness to undergo on-the-job language training. Willingness to Relocate: Ready to relocate to Weil am Rhein/Freiburg im Breisgau.
