We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

Providing security and Role Based Permission administration support for HR System (including SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, ServiceNow, Taleo and other HR systems)Access provisioning for SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, ServiceNow, Taleo and other HR SystemsWorking on change request, including writing Functional Specification documents, design, configuration and testing of RolesTroubleshooting Role Based Permissions and security related issuesManaging issues to ensure timely resolution – strong time management to review current issues raised in the queue and escalating issues as needed.Working with different vendors to resolve access related system defectsAbility to escalate in detail to the System Team Leader any system queries and issues that require specialist intervention.To understand and support the delivery of any critical initiatives that involves HR systems and related technologies.To proactively support the Global HR IT Function

Excellent English spoken and written communication.Minimum 3 years’ experience with managing role-based permissions for SuccessFactors including maintaining and updating roles, access management, and troubleshootingMinimum 3 years’ experience of managing SAP Payroll security including maintenance of existing roles, creation of new roles, transporting roles across various instances, and troubleshooting issuesExperience in Identity and Access Management of HR SystemsExperience with ServiceNow, Taleo, any other HR systemBackground within a technical support environmentKnowledge of Learning, Resourcing, Employee Central, Performance Rewards Management Processes
