SAP SuccessFactors Business Development Manager

People who are always willing to help and be helped as you scale your business, with and through your team, as they compel clients to invest in IBM's people, products, and services. **Your role and responsibilities** IBM’s SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a new leader to drive this growth. As an SAP SuccessFactors Business Development Manager, you will partner with a team of internal leaders and external partners (i.e., SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.) to identify, qualify, and close opportunities. Your sales efforts and accomplishments will address the most strategic requirements of the prospective client and promise both short-term and long-term revenue for IBM. You will maintain an effective business relationship with the client's management team and influence the overall success of our SuccessFactors offerings within the Canadian marketplace. You will work to determine the client’s needs and translate these needs into solutions and thus opportunities for IBM. As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along our SAP S/4HANA consulting practice. **Required technical and professional expertise** * At least 4 years experience in performing consultative selling * At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors software selling or consulting * Must be well connected in the SAP SuccessFactors market, including strong relationships with employees of SAP Canada * Experience in building relationships with corporate-level executives * Experiance in repsonding to RFPs and leading RFP response teams * Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets * Proven success in prospecting and managing a territory and/or growing presence within a portfolio of accounts * Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week once pandemic restrictions are lifted, and it is safe to resume travel **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Fluency in French is an asset * Consulting or selling experience with other HR technologies like Sodales, UKG, etc is an asset.
