Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, with a strong focus on USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding processes, experience in country-specific configurations, and a strong understanding of HR best practices. This role involves experience in implementations, configuring systems, and ensuring successful integration with broader SuccessFactors and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) modules.
Key Responsibilities: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Implementation & Configuration Manage end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. Design and configure Onboarding processes, compliance forms, and role-based permissions based on country-specific requirements. Ensure seamless integration between Onboarding, Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll(ECP) and other applications (Kenexa, Learning, etc.) for smooth data flow and compliance. Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design scalable solutions. Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless system integrations. Country-Specific Compliance & Best Practices Strong understanding of USA and Canada Onboarding compliance (e.g., I-9, W-4, SIN validation, tax forms, and background checks). Knowledge of global country-specific Onboarding compliance is a plus (e.g., APAC – Asia-Pacific, EMEA – Europe, Middle East, and Africa, LATAM – Latin America). Configure and manage Electronic Signature, Document Management, and Data Privacy as per local regulations.
Training & Knowledge Sharing Train and mentor internal HRIS teams to build in-house expertise on SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration details, and user guides. Conduct hands-on workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for HR and IT teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementation. Expertise in USA and Canada-specific Onboarding processes, compliance, and best practices. SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding 2.0 is required. Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage): Knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for integrations with third-party systems. Knowledge of API’s (Application Programming Interface).
Implementation Experience with cross-country Onboarding implementations is a plus. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
