What You'll Do:

Lubrizol’s Plan to Manufacturing team is looking for an analytical, customer-focused Enterprise Resource Planning Business Process Analyst to join our growing team. The SAP Technical Analyst plays a vital role in delivering enhancements and solutions that support Supply, Demand, Inventory, Scheduling and Sales and Operation Planning. You will be responsible for identifying business requirements, translating them into functional and technical requirements, and configuring and customizing SAP and other Planning and Scheduling software to meet business needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will build, test, communicate, and implement new solutions. This position would be based at Lubrizol’s headquarters in Wickliffe, Ohio and operate on a hybrid working model, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week.

 

What We're Looking For:

Deliver enhancements and solutions that support Supply and Inventory Planning, Demand and S&OP Planning, and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling through Advanced Planning Systems, SAP and the Control Tower. Support the integrations between the Operational modules that intersect with the Planning and Scheduling modules and extended planning applications Provide back up support for Production Execution, Material Management and Quality Management. Propose the most efficient and effective use of processes and systems. Encourage and implement the use of common business solutions, systems, processes, and data within Lubrizol. Represent the IT organization with process and technical skills by playing an active role in projects following the standard project methodology. Ensure the quality of software changes and additions. Guide users in creating, testing, and implementing procedures. Understand and solve interfacing needs between the ERP and supporting systems. Work as a cross-functional team member across technologies, geographies and IT groups. Work closely with the project team to design and implement business solutions to reach project objectives and goals. Implement coordinated, standard and uniform solutions within Lubrizol. Educate colleagues at Lubrizol on SAP Operation related concepts. Update and maintain documentation regarding the application, its interfaces, and data definitions. Pursue opportunities to remain current in new and emerging IT technologies.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

Bachelor's degree preferred or extensive related equivalent. 5 + years of experience in designing and developing business processes, data structures and systems. Proven expertise in using SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA applications and concepts. Proficiency in the following SAP components: ABAP programs, SPRO configuration, SAP scripts, SAP transactions, Solution Manager, Active Control, and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW). Expertise in the following business processes and systems: PPDS, Production Execution, Material Management, Quality Management and Advanced Planning Systems. Fluency in spoken and written English. 5 + years of experience in designing and developing business processes, data structures and systems. Knowledge and experience with APO module, BW module, Kinaxis-Rapid Response, Portals, Informatica, .Net Applications, Mobility Applications, Interfaces, S/4 Hana and SharePoint.

 

Considered a Plus:

7 + years of experience in designing and developing business processes, data structures and systems. Knowledge and experience in BTP, Rapid Response, IBP, Control Towers, Informatica, transactional data migration, Experience supporting a global environment in multiple SAP modules
