The SAP Technical Lead will play a key role on the delivery team. As a SAP Technical Lead, you'll work with onshore and offshore developers, functional analysts, solution architects, and Leads of other IT Teams to develop and implement high quality SAP integration solutions. In addition, once you are accountable for SAP enhancement, manage services post Go-Live. The Lead will work with the overall Program Manager to provide updates and projects meet scope, timeline, and milestone. You will lead a delivery team that may consist of technology architects, consultants, analysts, specialists, both onshore/nearshore and offshore.
• Experience in a S4 Hana migration in a M&A set up with exposure to clone and delete
• Exposure to SAP-Boomi integration is a plus.
• Manage the development & integration team including task assignment, performance reviews etc in addition to taking on development work as an individual contributor to supplement project development and integration
• Collaborate with SAP functional analysts and Operations business analysts to provide programming support and direction in designing and developing innovative solutions for complex business scenarios with RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow) objects
• Design and implement technical solutions for integrations, interfaces, enhancements, and conversions with SAP and beyond, including web services and mobile applications
• Develop custom integration solutions using SAP integration technologies like BTP Integration Suite, CPI, PI/PO, ALE/IDocs, and XML
• Develop custom solutions using customized transactions and the enhancement framework including user exits, BADIs, and BAPIs to provide additional functionality not available within standard SAP
• Develop custom solutions with S/4 HANA Cloud side-by-side extensions using SAP Build and ABAP cloud in Business Application Studio
• Convert business requirements and formalize specifications into Technical Design Documents for custom development
• Track and manage project activities for the CGI team like: Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk & Issues Management, Meeting Management and Change Management (support any project reporting activities).
• Actively manage project escalations to resolution working with overall Program Manager.
• Solicit feedback from customers, delivery resources, and any other stakeholders to provide input for lessons learned.
• Reports directly to project stakeholders and Client executives.
• Coordinates between project managers/stream leads and partners on the project.
• You should have at least 10 years of experience in SAP and at least 5 years of experience in managing an SAP (Finance/Financials and Supply Chain/Logistics) team.
• Proven track record in SAP S4 HANA Cloud Services RISE is a plus
• Experienced lead who can lead multiple teams across onsite-offshore on agile best practices
• Collaborates with the program and application project managers to ensure deadlines are met and ensures resource allocation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $106,200 -$185,800.
