Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of functional and technical experience with SAP (FICO, BW, BPC and / or SD)
* SAP Certifications and financial services experience desirable
* Previous experience with at least two full life cycle SAP implementations (support, rollout or upgrade) experience
* Solid experience in converting functional requirements into technical requirements
* Strong leadership skills and resource management capabilities
* Solid understanding of accounting and finance
* Strong project management and leadership experience of multiple teams
* Budget management and forecasting capabilities
* Strong presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
Description:
Responsibilities:
* Lead process SAP re-engineering and transformation activities
* Oversee internal production support teams and consultants both on site and offshore
* Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement (through process maps, interviews, data collection, etc.)
* Define, develop and document business and functional requirements
* Liaison with technical teams, consultants and vendors
* Prepare cost budgets and timing estimates for projects, including detailed, client ready project plans, identifying milestones, resources and timelines
* Monitor project performance and risk status; identify variances to plan; escalate to management as appropriate; take or suggest corrective action as required
* Lead System implementation and enhancements and provide solutions
* Support and enhance solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Identify testing scenarios and required inputs
* Manage systems implementation and operations improvement initiatives
* Resolve and analyze SAP problems and document and implement solutions or work around
* Prepare business cases, develop and track project schedules, facilitate meetings, and other activities related to the successful execution of the initiatives
