Provide SAP-related support to a prototype shop, handling invoicing, receiving transactions, and maintaining communication with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

SAP knowledge and experience with invoicing/receiving transactions Proficiency in Excel and Outlook Associates or Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills:

Strong organization and follow-up skills Experience in supplier communication and issue resolution Willingness to learn internal systems and applications

Key Responsibilities:

Manage invoicing and receiving transactions within SAP Maintain supplier communication, resolve issues, and request updates Utilize Excel for data tracking and Outlook for communication Organize and follow up on tasks to support prototype shop operations Learn and use internal applications to complete job duties efficiently

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
