This position oversees the overall receiving, tracking, and payment of all goods and services within the Shreveport Plant. While directing traffic of all finished good carriers and managing the shipping desk and keep the SAP system updated.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a good working relationship with outside vendors. Provides plant support to Regional Purchasing Agent, PO corrections. Provides plant support to Regional Controller and Plant Cost Analyst. Provides warehouse support to Logistic Manager / Supervisor. Be proficient in SAP and warehouse outbound processes. Perform the functions of the Shipping Desk. Daily receiving of raw materials in SAP systems. Daily receiving of other packing slips in SAP systems. Daily receiving of MRO items in SAP systems. Reporting of weekly & monthly cycle counts of raw materials to Regional Controller. Live Link & Medius audit & resolution of outstanding issues. GR/IR audit & resolution of outstanding issues. Maintaining file on asphalt cap. Maintaining file on recycled waste. Maintain files on all other Raw Materials Conduct physical inventories to verify receipts as needed or requested. Answer the phone & communicate within the plant. Assess daily raw material logs vs. receipts. Various duties that include, but not limited to: Ordering Office Supplies Maintaining inbound and outbound Mail including Shreveport FedEx account. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Participate on One Process team and One Safety team activity each year. Help develop and manage the 5S program within the Warehouse Department.
