CACI, INC. – FEDERAL has a contract with a federal agency to support and maintain a business critical, SAP based Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the USDA. The program is an AWS Cloud Multi-AZ Red Hat Linux based solution utilizing SAP NetWeaver Suite on HANA 2.0 (ECC, SRM, CRM, BW, Portal, PO, Solution Manager, BW on HANA, SLT, SAC, BOBJ 4.3, IS/DS/ADM by Syniti, TREX, Apache web server/reverse proxy, and uPerform). The landscape supports a parallel Development and Production Support change management model with Six environments, an active High Availability configuration for HANA DB, Web Dispatcher, and SAP Central Services, and a passive Disaster Recovery capability to a second AWS region. Change management is executed using disconnected tools (ServiceNow for incidents/problems; Open Text ALM for defects, releases, test cases; SAP ChaRM for transports; SAP SOLDOC technical/functional documents; and MS-SharePoint site for Government Customer facing documentation). The program will be moving to SAP S/4 in the next few years, and is seeking leadership that is eager to help the program transition to S4 using their hands-on experience.
Program users expect systems to be available and performant for their time sensitive business activities which include customer ordering cycles, domestic and international vendor solicitations, vendor bids, government awards, and vendor payments.
What You’ll Get to Do
The SAP Technology Team Lead is responsible for leading, supporting and administering SAP Business Suite on HANA on public Cloud (AWS), executing SAP Upgrades & Migration to S/4HANA, and supporting the Cloud based environment. The job includes working closely with USDA Cloud Service Provider Team members, Solution Architects, Cloud Architects, Basis Administrators, Application Developers, and Business Process Analysts. The role may also include direct engagement with customers, program sponsors, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
