***SAP Test Lead - Europe - Remote ***

Here at RED, we are looking for an SAP Test Lead to start on an SAP S/4 HANA project for one of our global end clients.

The SAP Test Lead is expected to start ASAP and for an initial 18 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be remote

What you will do:

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to the global scope of the transformation program. Lead a diverse team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of test cases across various technologies. Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying any issues or risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with established testing standards, methodologies, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to align testing activities with project goals. Continuously review and refine testing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.

Desired skills:

SAP Tester experience 12+ years SAP Test Lead/Manager experience 7+ years Strong experience across multiple SAP Workstreams SAP S/4 HANA experience 3+ years Global Project Transformation experience Previous pharmaceutical experience is a must
