SAP UAT Test Lead with Extensive FICO exp.(Onsite)

Onsite Location : Bridgewater, NJ

Qualifications

10+ years of experience testing methodologies across all test levels and capable of managing the Test management office Proficient in all levels of test phases with SAP S/4 knowledge, with experience in multiple SAP Functional areas to successfully supporting delivery Quality implementation across all test phases. Experience in coordination and leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cutover and testing phases. Develop and implement cutover and test plans, conduct defect management sessions. Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive end-to-end testing strategy, including test planning, execution, and reporting, in collaboration with key partners. Experience in collaborating and working with geographically distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing-related risks and issues. Project management, leadership skills, Excellent communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally with partners at all levels of the organization. Experience in developing SDLC documentation. Value and understand the importance of documentation and knowledge management Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking with tools such as JIRA/X-Ray. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel macros, APIs, to integrate query to X-Ray and SharePoint Define and Track test and defect metrics and communicate the status on a daily and weekly basis. Experience in conducting post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. Need to be technically savvy to understand the directions from the customer Domain Knowledge: SAP S/4 Hana, SAP FI CO (functional knowledge); Finance and accounting Tools: Excel Macros (APIs to integrate query to JRA; X-Ray ), MS Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint; JIRA/X-Ray

Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with customer SMEs/Leads with in-person conversations on solutions. Participate in Project discussions /Project Roadmap / Strategy discussions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with many collaborators from different countries and work with business & track deliverables. UAT discussion with business, planning & reporting, attention to detail with high degree of risk management, understanding issues, defect triaging and interacting with diverse team members from other Geographies. Help with approaches, options and solutions for any problems the customer may have. Proactive communication – Highlight project risks, interaction & status reporting. UAT co-ordination / planning / defect triaging / issue resolution Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing phases, conduct defect management sessions Develop and implement a comprehensive end-to-end testing strategy, including test planning, execution, and reporting, in collaboration with key stakeholders. Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and quality standards
