Summary

Certified by the American Board of General Surgery (or equivalent, as determined by the Medical Executive Committee, from time to time) Practices medicine within the scope of authority and privileges granted by Moffitt Cancer Center. Provides patient care under the auspices of Moffitt Medical Group, and serves as member of the academic medical enterprise; advancing the institutional mission of contributing to the prevention and cure of cancer. The position may span the clinical and research enterprise, and supports patient care, research, and education. Respond to general surgery consults and develop treatment plan, which may include urgent/emergent surgery. This is a procedural position.

Education/Licensure:

MD or Equivalent Board certified (or eligible) in General Surgery Requires successful completion of an approved Fellowship Florida Medical License DEA License ACLS as required by privileges granted through Medical Staff
