SAROV Maintenance Technician - Position Description

Semi-Autonomous Remotely Operated Vehicle (SAROV)  Maintenance Technician.

 In Country Naval Support

Security Clearance Required.

ICI Services is looking for an experienced Semi-Autonomous Remotely Operated Vehicle (SAROV) Maintenance Technician to support Kuwait Naval Forces (KNF) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) vessels at the Mohammed Al-Ahmad Kuwait Naval Base, Kuwait City, Kuwait. SAROV is a submersible ROV manufactured by SAAB.

Security Clearance:

Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair SAAB Semi-Autonomous Remotely Operated Vehicle. (SAROV) Conduct routine equipment checks to ensure compliance with regulatory policies and NAVSEA maintenance standards. Collaborate with Kuwait Navy to support and assist with conducting missions. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a ROV Technician preferred experience with a SAAB SAROV. Knowledge of ROV safety protocols and equipment maintenance best practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
