Responsibilities and Duties: This is a maintenance position Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc.) + Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality + Courteous and friendly + Able to communicate effectively + Able to stand for long periods of time + Able to drive a golf cart Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance: + 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred + High School education or equivalent + Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language + Must be able to work schedule listed + Reliable transportation + Reliable access to phone and internet + Ability to walk for extended periods of time + Willingness to have a pre-employment background check + Willingness to undergo random drug screenings + Driver's license required to drive gold cart
