We are looking for self-motivated, high potential individuals to be part of a growing team that provides a broad range of services specific to Oracle Cloud ERP applications, related to user security and controls. This could be in the form of assess and recommend, delivery and implementation, pre-implementation and post-implementation design assurance, and data driven analytics reviews.

 As a Manager, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, dedicated to resolving intricate business challenges spanning from strategic planning to implementation. Professional skills and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Assist in the management and delivery of large projects by developing the project team, including local junior SATIC resources, assessing engagement risks and responding by leading mitigation activities

Leading teams on client projects, understanding a client's business and technology in order to identify, and pursue opportunities for efficiency or improvement in delivery of services

Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria

Be involved in the financial management and commercials of client engagement

 Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

Train, support, and supervise team members

Review work of others for quality, accuracy and relevance

Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and relationship building

Demonstrate excellent communication and drive collaboration with global teams

Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to serve as subject matter expert for our internal and external customers

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of, and/or success in oversight roles involving, designing, implementing, and/or assessing security and controls as it relates to multiple versions of the Oracle Cloud application product suite (core financial, supply chain, human capital management, and/or industry specific modules), with emphasis on knowledge, experience and skills in the following areas:

Possessing experience with Oracle Cloud role design across functional (ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, ORMB) and technical (e.g. - security console, setup & maintenance, OIC, OTBI reports) domain areas including knowledge on touchpoints of Oracle security with related process like joiners-movers-leavers and technologies like SSO, AD, SailPoint / Okta etc

Possessing experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Risk Management and Compliance (RMC) design, implementation or assessment experience covering Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)

Managing and understanding project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, and configurations - e.g. security and control, and/or optimizations of business process controls and application security

Leading requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy and hypercare phases in projects

Leading Security/RMC discovery, requirements gathering, design workshops, configuration activities, testing cycles (functional / system testing,SIT, UAT etc), user training and other user adoption activities including preparation and review of all required materials

Ability to produce and review deliverables including but not limited to requirement and design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios and scripts, technical specifications etc

Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley readiness and adoption, optimisation of controls framework and organisation


Minimum Years of Experience:

5 year(s) of experience in Oracle security and RMC, Oracle risk & controls, auditing, consulting and/or implementing.
