As a Area Director, you will be responsible for:
 

Managers of people from multiple families within the function. This Job is predominantly EB, SEB but could include other bands.Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Products and systems are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditionsManaging complex long term sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance.Handling important business unit clientsCoordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave a minimum of 5 years' of experience in Functional Management within the oil & gas sectorDemonstrate ProficieStrong oral and written communication skills.Have a strong interpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstated ability to analyze and resolve problemsDemonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
