Miller Brother Staffing has the immediate need of experienced Saw Cutters for 1st and 2nd shift.  

Pay Rate – $17-$20/hour based on experience 
Shift: Monday-Friday – 1st: 7am-3:30pm  2nd: 3:30pm-12am  **Training for 2nd shift will be done on 1st shift for 1 month prior to going to 2nd shift**

3 most important things: Candidates must have mechanical aptitude Candidates must be physically capable of performing work duties Candidates must be willing to work overtime on weekends as required Job Description/Duties Operation of industrial horizontal band saw to cut aluminum pieces Hand/Table Saw experience is NOT relevant Candidates that have strong carpentry background with horizontal saws is exactly what they are looking for. Operation of the following saws/equipment:  Abrasive, Bandsaw (horizontal), Chop Saw, Upcut aluminum saw

Overall Requirements for Successful Placement: Must have reliable transportation Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and squat Job requires pushing, pulling, overhead reaching, and lifting Must be able to keep pace with work flow Must be open to working overtime and weekends as required Strong oral communication skills as well as the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment  Must possess a thorough attention to detail Physical Demands:  Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, squat, twist, bend, kneel, and stand for duration of shift.
