Job Description
The Saw Helper supports the Saw Operator during their shift in the Extrusion Department. This entry-level role involves retrieving products and setting them up for cutting. The Saw Helper assists with various tasks throughout the shift, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and advance within the company. The position requires working a 12-hour shift and maintaining good attendance.

Work Environment
The work environment is a 24/7 operation with 12-hour shifts. Day shifts run from 7 AM to 7 PM, and night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. The pay rate for the day shift is $17.85/hr, with a $0.40 differential for the night shift, totaling $18.25/hr. The environment is dirty and dusty, not temperature-controlled, and can get very hot in the summer. The dress code includes jeans or work pants, a plain shirt, and steel-toe shoes with metatarsals. All piercings must be studs, and gauged ears must have solid plugs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.85 - $18.25/hr.
