We are looking for a motivated** Operator to join our team in Loves Park, Illinois! **Daily Responsibilities:** + Identify, measure, and cut materials with precision + Clean materials post-cutting to ensure quality + Collaborate effectively within a team environment + Read tape measures and understand calipers and micrometers + Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations + Lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day + Complete forklift training and certification + Engage in hands-on work with a strong work ethic **Essential Skills:** + Manufacturing experience + Material handling experience + Proficiency in ruler measurements + Soft Skills: Strong team collaboration + A dedicated work ethic **Work Environment:** You’ll thrive in a clean, well-lit facility where you’ll feel like part of the family from day one!
