Saw Operator | $18/hr

Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

An established manufacturing company located in the Humboldt, IA area is hiring a Saw Operator to join their team! The Saw Operator will be responsible for sawing and mitering steel to specified lengths. This position will work on first shift, 7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday and pays $18/hr. This is a great temp to hire opportunity! Come work for a leader in the design and manufacture of material handling systems and components in the Humboldt area!

Responsibilities:

Set up machine per order specifications Operate saw to cut steel to specified lengths Unload steel Inventory control Specified grinding Keep a clean workspace  Adhere to all safety regulations Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Knowledge of saw operation is a plus Excellent math skills Ability to read a tape measure Ability to stand for 8+ hours  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently Demonstrated good attendance record Attention to detail
