**Machine Operator in Anoka, MN Pay $18-22/hr(Based on Exp)** **Job Description** The individual will be responsible for running 3 automatic saws to cut pipes for both Machinists and Assemblers. These pipes are used in the oil and gas industry. Candidates will have to use a tape measure to ensure the correct lengths are cut. Measure twice, cut once. The person will later be trained on driving a sit-down forklift to move pipes from outside to inside the building to be cut with saws. Saw operating is a majority of the position. **Responsibilities** + Operate 3 automatic saws to cut pipes for Machinists and Assemblers. + Use a tape measure to ensure correct lengths are cut. + Measure twice, cut once. + Drive a sit-down forklift to move pipes from outside to inside the building. + Perform saw operating tasks as the primary responsibility. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of experience as a machine operator. + Proficiency with a tape measure. + Ability to perform general labor duties. + Good communication skills. + Capability to lift 70 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Family-owned company that takes time to get to know every single employee.
