Job Title: Saw Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating band saws, ensuring products meet tolerance and squareness requirements, and performing inspections. This role requires effective communication and the ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors.

ResponsibilitiesOperate all models of Band Saws and become proficient in loading and unloading the machines as directed.Cut product within tolerance and squareness requirements.Read job routers, prints, and other procedural documents.Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Maximize output for any given task(s).Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitudeMachine operationSaw operationExperience with hand and power toolsCarpentry skillsGeneral labor experienceAbility to read blueprintsAdditional Skills & QualificationsGeneral Machine Operation/Carpentry experienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm with a 10% shift differential. Potential for overtime is available. The work environment includes state-of-the-art equipment and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $49920.00/yr.
