As a Saw/Shear Operator you will be:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOperators work under direct supervision to prepare slugs for forging.\r\n\tDoing so requires basic competencies with hand tools, operation of saws, and shears to produce slugs of proper dimensions.\r\n\tOperator will demonstrate competencies in interpreting work routers and instructions, basic shop math, as well as using hand tools and safely operating power equipment. Typically, 0-1 Years of Experience with evidence of experience working in a manufacturing environment using a variety of shop tools.\r\n\tWorking Under direct supervision\r\n\tWork safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.\r\n\tOperate saws and shear to produce material for forging\r\n\tSanding and polishing operation on Outer Diameter Sanding Machine\r\n\tOther duties as assigned\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
This is a full time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The ideal candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tmachining and grinding experience \r\n\t2-3 Years’ Experience preferred, but 0-1 years is OK\r\n\tEnglish a Must (Read/Write/Speak)\r\n\tWelding Certificate preferred\r\n\tMust know Basic shop math\r\n\tMust know basic equipment operation\r\n\tMust know basic print reading\r\n\tMust know basic measuring tools and units\r\n\tMust be able to pass DT/Screening\r\n\tMust have a clean background\r\n\tMust be able to pass a Non- DOT Physical\r\n\tGED or HS Diploma preferred but not required\r\n\r\n\r\nPay rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
