SBIRS Crew Force Management
KBR is seeking a Crew Force Management professional to join a high-performance team supporting the Delta 4 and SBIRS mission in Aurora, Colorado (Buckley SFB). An active TS/SCI security clearance is required to be considered for this position.
The desired candidate will possess current knowledge/experience, familiarity with the SBIRS weapon system, experience with the government client, and have recent experience in managing crew force materials, records, databases and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as subject matter expert on implementation and utilization of the FIELCOM approved database, currently PEX.
+ Aid in development of local guidance for tracking SBIRS crewmember certification, currency and training accomplishment.
+ Assist with DEL 4, Training Flight personnel on training policies and procedures.
+ Develop training entries for approximately 350 operators in order to track CT, AT, and DT.
+ Perform audits using a FIELDCOM approved database to ensure operators maintain CMR status.
+ Schedule currency mission shifts for all operators.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this position
+ Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Crew Force Management.
+ Recent operations experience in DEL 4, 710 Operations Group, 460th Operations Support Squadron, 2d Space Warning Squadron or 11 Space Warning Squadron
+ Leadership position within units listed above
+ Ability to work projects unsupervised
+ Strong writing, speaking and briefing skills
+ Knowledge of Combat Mission Ready certification and instructions
+ Understanding of Patriot Excalibur database
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications

+ Location: On-site
+ Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
+ Working Hours: Standard
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40hrs
Basic Compensation:
$80-$90k
This range is for Colorado only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
