SBM Technician  

Night Shift Hours 8:00pm-8:00am

Day Shift Training Hours 8:00am-8:00pm

(3 days per week, 36-hour work week)

(employee will train on days and eventually move to nights)

Job Duties: (include but not limited to)

Prepare and Install Injection Blow Tooling in Injection Blow and Stretch Blow Molding MachinesUnderstand Machine Controls for Jomar, Uniloy, USB and Aoki MachinesResponsible for Start Up and In Process Quality InspectionsMinor Repairs, Plumbing, Electrical Wiring and Troubleshooting Problems on Tooling and MachinesMaterial Changeovers & Material Requisitions and ReturnsComplete Shift Log and Blocked Cavitation Reports

Desired Skills:

Ability to Work with Basic Pneumatic and Hand ToolsMechanical BackgroundBasic Computer SkillsProblem Solving SkillsAttention to DetailOperate Forklift and Platform LiftGood Verbal and Written Communication Skills
