Overview This role is responsible for supporting assigned category co-man work to achieve aligned production volume, cost and quality performance AOP target through providing field technical and operation support, negotiating contract terms, building sustainable quality and capacity capability and leading innovation project launch Responsibilities Field support to ensure PEP quality standard Regular Co-man plant visit to ensure all quality control point and record in place, all quality program in execution and ensure plant follow PEP food safety standard, food safety practice in place and pass AIB audit; Work with QC team to do Co-man monthly quality KPI monitoring and push Co-man on timely completion of all corrective and preventative actions plan to fix any quality or technical findings which may be identified in audits, complaints or other sources. Drive the quality capability improvement at Co-man plant and passed Co-man Annual Quality Audit conducted by QC team at regional level score. Operation planning and execution Design assigned category platform PSP/AOP agenda and boost up co-man's production capacity to meet supply . Understand Co-man manufacturing capacity and alert any capacity issues which might impact to meet long term business requirement. Take charge of annual Co-man agreement negotiation and approval process by working with GP team Work closely with LD&T team and Co-mans to complete the production plan on time to meet monthly demand plan, and monitor any plant operation changes, including organization change, equipment change, and other business related changes. Track plant daily and monthly performance and drive operations excellence through managing & monitor OKS OEM key basic materials' inventory, delivery and daily problem solving. Highlight any potential risk on failure of non-compliance with law or national/local regulation (brand image protection) Innovation Launch As contact window of Supply Chain to attend innovation task force and cooperate closely with R&D/Marketing/Engineering team to drive innovation projects on time launch. Take charge of innovation project new line machine Capex plan and work with Engineering team & Co-man to complete line design, performance test and equipment installation and modification to achieve products SPEC and production efficiency KPI Support R&D QA team to pass through trial run, commissioning, line qualification for new innovation products and commercial production. capability Building Responsible to work with Co-man and engineering team to find any productivity opportunity on automation and new technologies to drive cost-reduction and against inflation; Design action plan to drive Co-man sustainable improvements both on production and quality system in compliance with PEP standards; Push Co-man to meet EHS projects compliance with PepsiCo standard Optimize Co-man supply processes and quality system to reduce cost & mistakes and increase operation efficiency Conduct annual Co-Man performance KPI evaluation and drive improvement action plan and push Co-Man to execute perfectly - Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating Qualifications University degree in food science or Foods Engineering At least 3-5 years experience in procurement and supply chain in FMCG industry Candidate with knowledge of food-related material, equipment, AIB, GMP and food safety experience is also preferred Expertise in material planning, inventory management, project management can negociate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups Can be counted to exceed goals successfully Good communication skill and influencing skill Fluent level of communication skills in English (CET 6) plus Differentiating Competencies Required Familiar with new platforms of Beyond PC snacks & Disprutive EP High Ethical value can travel frequently Good understanding of market insights
