Responsibilities The Opportunity Lead, design and coordinate Fleet Regional agendas for +3,350vehicles (Primary Fleet, Secondary Fleet & Utilitary Vehicles for PMF). Responsible for the Maintenance, Telematics & Digitalization of the Fleet, Fuel Efficiency, Fleet Service Payments Processes, Spare Parts, Productivity and Safety agendas, leading a +100 HeadCount in + 25 workshops Northwest Region, ensuring the safety and availability of the fleet at an optimal cost, always focused on maximizing customer service. Your Impact As SC Fleet Assoc Manager your scope would consist: Lead and design strategic agendas as the Responsible of deliver annual AOP for R&M, Fuel, Tires, Image, People Cost, Operative cost and Fleet Productivity. Design and lead team development plan from Fleet staff to Techinicians and Mechanics in order to reduce external expensive services and ensure development inside the region, as well as keep rising the bar in order to ensure better skills and develop bench for northwest fleet. Responsible for operational management in the region: Ensure 100% compliance in predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance. Compliance with the objective of the operational KPIs of Expense control, productivity, security, safety, people and service. Ensure the correct operation of telemetry of the fleet under your charge, as well as the management and administration of the uptake tool Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for the development of different savings projects within the region Manage change in the fleet regional team culture, agendas and processes. Lead and deploy MOTOR as a way of work in fleet. Development and execution of productivity projects in the region, seeking fuel efficiency of the fleet Design strategic plans in order to ensure availability of units for sales team, prioritizing safety and security of our salespeople with a focus on mechanics. Lead of EHS agenda in oder to execute and prioritize safety as a way of work in all our fleet northwest workshops and technicians. Lead and ensure Capex and Opex investments for northwest workshops and other projects in order to reduce costs while maximizing service. Responsible of the Spare Parts Inventory and internal proceeses to minimize risks in inventory differences. Manage the follow-up of vehicle procedures such as plates, environmental verifications and resgistration process. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience +2 years experience in Fleet (preferred) +2 years experience in people management Industrial, mechanic or related field Strategic thinking Team Leadership, as well as Team Player Innovation skills Holistic understanding of PMF Business Statistics, Advanced Excel and Database Management skills English Language skills (written and spoken) Result driven Effective comunication / Developed Presentation Skills SAP, GeoTap,Uptake Skills Proven leadership skills in building and managing teams. Effective and persuasive verbal and written communication and negotiation skills Problem solving, and ability to react quickly under pressure. Inspiring and influential leadership.
