OverviewAs the Housing Director, you will provide guidance, leadership and support to our Associates in order to maintain a high level of resident care and satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
The Housing Director develops, articulates, and implements community vision and strategic planning in alignment with the Benedictine quality agenda and ensures ongoing integration of quality standards. The Housing Director provides leadership to ensure that care and service is directed and delivered to meet Benedictine standards and policies. The Housing Director plans and monitors all financial operations to ensure utilization of community resources.The Housing Director will establish and maintain open communication with residents and families. QualificationsQualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or significant level of experience.Must meet state licensure requirement.Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.
