Responsibilities The Administrator supports our Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) satellite locations and HUB Leadership team by executing administrative, supply chain, and logistics operations-based tasks. Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner. Monitor email; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism. Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft and Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook. Daily Support and communication with Unilever Team Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS) subject matter Expert. Organize, complete, and maintain department EIOS tasks / files, both electronic and hard copy within safety compliance. MachE resolutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Provide back up support for communication with the scheduling team and MES’s for any issues with routes or equipment outages that are scheduled. Guide period inventory process: Data entry, Property Exception Listing (PEL) resolution, and inventory control binders. Purchasing support – MyBuy, S4, APS. PCARD/ T&E reconciliation. Creation of and distribution of Holiday schedule when requested to ensure routes are completed and equipment will be at the locations when required. Manage all aspects of inbound dock scheduling. FedEx/USPS/UPS support, including freight pickups. Hold PIT master trainer certification and provide training to new hires and rectifications. Coordinating building maintenance with outside suppliers and conduct light building maintenance. Responsible for ordering new EE badges and all access to facility. Additional responsibilities may be assigned dependent on the business need and at managers discretion. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, strong sense of urgency. Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills. - Sensitivity with confidential information Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations, keeping management involved as needed. Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for other (internal and external) Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Must be strong team player and assist another department as needed. Willingness to learn and take on projects. 2+ year experience in warehouse support role Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but not required. Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft and Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
